Return & Exchange Policy

Because our pieces are handcrafted and released in limited runs, we do not offer refunds. We’re happy to exchange items that are defective or if you received the wrong item.


How to Request an Exchange

Email contact.elysianclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect/issue (front, close-up, and full item)
  • Opening video is must (unboxing video taken while opening the package, showing the condition of the item upon delivery)
  • Brief description of the problem

We’ll reply with next steps and a return address. Once approved, please ship the item back within 7 days.


Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In original packaging with tags/labels attached
  • Returned with any accessories received (buttons, beads, care cards, etc.)
  • Supported by an opening/unboxing video

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Custom or made-to-measure items
  • Final-sale/clearance items and gift cards
  • Normal variations in handcrafted finishes, natural fabrics, or hand-dye/print placement (these are part of each piece’s uniqueness, not defects).

Return Shipping

  • Customer-paid return shipping for exchanges (unless the item is defective/incorrect).
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and ship your replacement at no cost.

Processing Your Exchange

  • After inspection, we’ll ship a replacement in the same style/size.
  • If the original item is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit of equal value.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • Photos of the inner packaging
  • Photos of the damaged area
  • Opening video is required to validate a transit damage claim

International Orders

Duties/taxes are not refundable. Return and re-shipment costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
